Traditionally worn on the pinky finger of your non-dominant hand signet rings originate from the French signét for ‘small seal’ and the Latin signetum meaning ‘sign.’

As a contemporary ring my interpretation of the signet is abstract, and more imaginative. Not constrained by functionality the ring becomes more of an expression of our aesthetic. I'm drawn to its unique representation of the ring as a trace. As an object that holds history, which carry physical trace of life on its surface. Objects can become symbols, relics of our personal story. Connection to others.
