Your love is unique. The ring that represents it should be too. So, in this intimate workshop, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of creating a truly one-of-a-kind engagement ring - shaped by your hands, inspired by your story, perfected with my expertise.
No previous experience is needed - just your love, intention, and the desire to create something meaningful for the person you adore.
Bringing your engagement ring to life.
We’ll be creating the Blue Rose Cut Sapphire Ring, set with a 5 mm rose-cut blue sapphire - a beautiful, contemporary alternative to the classic engagement ring. An ethical sapphire is organically set in gold and surrounded by rich texture. The results is modern, characterful, and - especially when handmade - deeply personal.
Stone setting in wax requires patience and practice, but I’ll be there to guide you throughout - stepping in whenever you need support.
Making an impression.
Some memories leave their mark. By imprinting your ring’s design with meaningful objects - such as stones, shell, driftwood or bark from treasured places - we can add a beautiful element of texture, while celebrating your story. So please bring along any materials or momentos you’d like to use.

What’s Included
All tools and materials used on the day, along with warm drinks, sweet treats, a selection of fruits, and a vegan lunch.
What’s Not Included
After the workshop, you’ll choose a metal for casting.
Approximate casting costs (depending on weight and material):
Sterling silver: £45
9ct yellow gold: £250
18ct yellow gold: £450

We’ll weigh your wax ring so you have a clear idea of the additional cost.
Delivery of the Finished Ring
Casting and finishing typically takes around 14 days.
Hallmarking, if required, adds 5–10 days.
I’ll manage everything for you, including posting your wax ring to the casters, collecting it, hand-polishing it, and organising hallmarking.
You can pick up your finished ring at my studio, or I can post it via Special Delivery.
I’ll also send you a selection of photos from your workshop day - a small keepsake to help you share the experience with your loved one after the proposal.
