Some people come wanting to explore and experiment, trying as many techniques as they can fit into the time. Others prefer to focus on one thing: leaving with a single, beautiful gemstone ring or pendant, carefully made. For the gemstone route, we'd use the cast-in-place technique with small sapphires or rubies (up to 3mm), set experimentally in my own style.
